In the Cup
Two Characters, One Highland
Wild Kopi Luwak is velvet and calm: dark cocoa, caramel and soft spice, with an acidity so low it is almost absent. It changes as it cools, and rewards a slow cup.
The Vintner is its lively counterpart, and our experimental lot. Twenty-five days of fermentation lend it the brightness of a young red wine — red berry and stone fruit, settling into cocoa on the finish.
