Policies & Terms
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at support@gayowild.com within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. For sealed, unopened goods, we will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion. Damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders will always be replaced or refunded in full. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Privacy Policy
Gayo Wild (“we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only what is necessary to process your order and improve your experience: your name, email address, delivery address, and order history.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@gayowild.com. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with Gayo Wild you agree to these terms. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes; actual product may vary slightly due to the natural, small-batch nature of our coffee.
Gayo Wild is a trading name registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
