Free tracked delivery across the UK. Outside the UK postage is added at checkout, and any import VAT and duties are paid by you on arrival. Everything is set out below, before you buy.

Royal Mail is our primary courier. Timelines are working days from despatch, and we despatch within one working day of your order. Outside the UK the postage shown is added at checkout.
Duties and import VAT
UK orders carry no import charges.
For delivery outside the UK, our prices and the postage shown at checkout do not include import VAT, customs duty or a carrier’s handling fee. Coffee crossing a border can attract them: in the EU, for example, a €3 customs duty on small parcels plus import VAT at your country’s rate for coffee (and Germany’s coffee tax or Belgium’s coffee excise); in Norway, 15% VAT on food; in the UAE, 5% VAT; in Saudi Arabia, 15% VAT and any customs duty. Your customs authority or the delivering carrier collects them when the parcel arrives, usually with a small handling fee, and you, the customer, are responsible for paying them.
We tell you this in the basket and ask you to confirm it before you pay, so it never comes as a surprise. If you are unsure what your country charges, ask your local customs office before ordering, or write to us and we will help.
Sending a gift abroad? The recipient may be asked to pay these charges, so do let them know.
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If you refuse delivery or do not pay the import charges and the carrier returns the parcel to us, we refund the coffee and the original postage once it is back with us, less the cost of its return. If the parcel is not returned to us (for example, because it is abandoned or destroyed by customs), no refund is due.
Tracking
You will get an email when your order leaves us. UK orders and orders sent by Royal Mail International Tracked come with a tracking number, and Royal Mail and its partner carriers may text you on the day of delivery. Royal Mail International Standard (£9.95) is not tracked: it is the cheaper choice, and usually arrives in the same 5–10 working days.
Returns
Under UK distance selling rules you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email support@gayowild.com and we will send return instructions; then send the unopened bag back within 14 days. Return postage is yours unless the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We refund the coffee and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of receiving it back.
If a bag arrives damaged, or something is not right, tell us. We will replace it or refund it — we would always rather fix a problem than win an argument about one.
Unopened, sealed goods
Coffee is a food product. We can only accept returns of bags that are unopened and with the seal intact, except where the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
