Gayo Wild Circle Terms
The Circle is our thank-you to the people who drink our coffee. These are its rules, kept short.
Membership
Membership is free. You become a member when you place an order on gayowild.com, or when you join on your account page and confirm your email. One account per person, for personal use. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Welcome offer
New members and confirmed mailing-list subscribers get 10% off the coffee in their first order on gayowild.com. It does not apply to delivery. Outside the UK, the £60 minimum order is measured at full prices, before this discount. It is one per customer and household, valid for 60 days from when it is issued, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other Circle perks.
Stamp card
Each 50g bag bought on gayowild.com earns one stamp and each 125g Connoisseur earns two. Six stamps earn a free Discovery 50g, added to a later order at no charge while it is in stock. Stamps do not expire while your account is open. A refunded order takes back its stamps. Free gifts do not earn stamps. Orders from Amazon, Etsy or any other shop do not count.
Birthday treat
If you add your birthday (day and month) at least 30 days before it, you get a free Vintner 50g with any order placed on gayowild.com in your birthday month, UK time, while it is in stock. One treat per year. Your birthday can be changed once a year.
One perk per order
You can use one Circle perk on each order. A perk is held for you while your checkout is open and released if you do not complete it.
Changes and fair use
We may change or end the Circle or any perk. We will give members at least 30 days' notice by email, and stamps and offers already earned will be honoured for at least that long. We may withdraw perks from accounts used to misuse the scheme, such as creating several accounts to collect welcome offers.
Everything else
Orders placed using Circle perks follow our terms and conditions. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
