Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we sell. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are
Gayo Wild is a trading name of Gayo Wild Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16652264). Registered office: Unit 17, The Water Gardens, London W2 2DA, United Kingdom. Contact: support@gayowild.com. Gayo Wild® is a registered trademark.
Orders
A contract is formed when we send your despatch confirmation, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order — wild supply being what it is — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. For deliveries outside the UK, the minimum order is £60 of coffee and postage is added at checkout. Prices do not include import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling fees in the destination country; these may be charged on arrival and are payable by the customer, who confirms this before paying.
Delivery
We despatch within one working day. Timelines given are Royal Mail's working-day estimates from despatch, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Refused or unclaimed parcels outside the UK. If you refuse delivery or do not pay the import charges and the carrier returns the parcel to us, we refund the coffee and the original postage once it is back with us, less the cost of its return. If the parcel is not returned to us (for example, because it is abandoned or destroyed by customs), no refund is due.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because coffee is a food product, we can only accept returns of bags that remain sealed, except where the item is faulty. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
Product description
Our Kopi Luwak is wild-foraged from free-roaming civets in the Gayo Highlands. There is no certification scheme for wild Kopi Luwak anywhere in the world, and we make no claim to hold one; supporting evidence varies by release. The Vintner is a wine-process Arabica and is not Kopi Luwak.
Reviews
Reviews are checked by hand before publication. We publish genuine reviews whether or not they are favourable, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. We remove reviews that are fake, defamatory or not about a product we sell.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
